February 2019. Our 4th year in Bray. Wow!

From 20th to 26th, two teachers of our English Department, in this occasion Inma and myself, Betty, were in Bray again with 35 students of our schoolo. A big group, indeed.

These pictures and videos show a small part of our great experience there:

+ the airport, plane and flight (for some of them ‘their first flight’)

+ Bray. The beachand the sea; the green train called ‘Dart’; the Cliff Walk: a fantastic walk with a wonderful landscape and views that goesalong a 7-kilometre-path through the cliffs to the next village called Greysyones; the Academy, teachers, lessons…; the Bowking Alley; the Irish Dancing Evening(one,two,three…)

+ Sandycove and its James-Joyce Tower-Museum next to asmall beach ehere crazy Irish villagers were swimming! In February! So cold…

+ Dun-Loaghaire and its Foods of the World Market

+Dalkey Castle and its funny actors, guides who told us fantastic and interesting stories

+ and, of course, Dublin, the capital

Once again, a group of 47 students from 1st and 2nd ESO spent 3 days learning about Nature and English. Four other students could not come: the flu has been terrible this year.

We had a great weather. Actually, too hot. We really missed the snow.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed the cooking course, the T-shirt workshop, the walks in the mountains. And of course, the activities in our free time: the talent show, the board game competitions, football, and everybody’s favourite……we are still looking for “ the smoothest criminal”…..!!!
